The New York Festivals Award results are out and Wilder are dead chuffed to have won three Silver World Medals. Two for Saudi Aramco 'Energy to the World' in Buisness theater and Cinematography and one for KPMG 'The Difference in Us' . Well done and congratulations to all those who worked on the films.

We had a very succesful night at the IVCA awards with 4 films picking up 6 awards. It was refreshing to see a lot more companies being represented across the winners. We were very happy to be the only company to win 2 Golds on the night. Here's our full tally with links to some of the films. Gold for Poolia 'Wasting Your Talent', Gold and Silver For Premier League "Get On With the Game' Silver and Bronze for Saudi Aramco 'Energy to the World' and Bronze for William Joseph 'Waiting For Conkers' A big thank you to all our clients for the great opportunities and to all the Wilder team for their inspired work. Well done to Dfran for his Silver in editing, outstripping the Bronze his boss won for direction.That's no way to get ahead around here!

Sexy Tuesdays, winner of the London 48 hour Film project, has just competed at the International 48 hour competition in Taos, New Mexico against 100 other cities. It didn't win the jury prize but did go down well with audiences as this blog from Melbourne's team LateNite Films shows. sexy tuesdays
What a weekend! On Friday night 43 teams including ours met at the Prince Charles cinema to find out a character, a prop and a line of dialogue to include in the film. We then chose a genre out of a hat. We picked comedy. We then had 48 hours to make a film between 4 and 7 minutes long. It was terrifying, ludicrous, chaotic, exhausting, exhilirating and ultimately hugely satisfying. Our film 'Sexy Tuesdays' starring Jim North & Sarah Sutcliffe was delivered on Sunday evening with 3 minutes to spare. It went on to win Best film and the Audience award presented by film critic James King.
