Wilder To Shoot New Short “The Pitch”
Wilder, together with our good friend, director John Hardwick (Svengali & 33x Around The Sun) have started prepping short film “The Pitch” to shoot beginning of December.
The script, written by comedy duo Will Maclean & Marc Haynes, explores the extremes a desperate writer will resort to in order to win a pitch.
Will Maclean is a regular writer for the likes of Peter Serafinowics, Russell Howard and Karen Taylor, and his Shaun The Sheep episode won a Writers Guild Award, a Children's Bafta and an International Emmy.
And his partner, Marc Haynes, is the writing force behind the highly successful panel show Celebrity Juice, and is currently lead writer on the new Sky original show New Britannia, hosted by Oscar Nominated filmmaker Morgan Spurlock (Supersize Me).

Why is this man wearing this t shirt? Why is he looking a tad sorry for himself? Why was he later spotted wrestling with a giant dog? All will be revealed in our soon to be released new short film WAITING FOR CONKERS created for and with our friends and creative partners, William Joseph.
The London 48 hour Film Project
What a weekend! On Friday night 43 teams including ours met at the Prince Charles cinema to find out a character, a prop and a line of dialogue to include in the film. We then chose a genre out of a hat. We picked comedy. We then had 48 hours to make a film between 4 and 7 minutes long. It was terrifying, ludicrous, chaotic, exhausting, exhilirating and ultimately hugely satisfying. Our film 'Sexy Tuesdays' starring Jim North & Sarah Sutcliffe was delivered on Sunday evening with 3 minutes to spare. It went on to win Best film and the Audience award presented by film critic James King.
