Winner, Best Film!

Winner, Best Film!

We’re delighted to say we’ve won the inaugaural AR Drone Film Competition with our film What a difference a drone makes. In October, 10 filmmakers from 10 cities around the world produced 10 movies in 10 days with the amazing AR.Drone 2.0 quadricopter. Wilder were chosen to represent London and beat off stiff competition to win best film and take the 10,000 dollar prize at the awards ceremony in Paris. Many thanks to all the Wilder team who worked on the film. The film will be released online in December.

The London 48 hour Film Project

sexy tuesdays

What a weekend! On Friday night 43 teams including ours met at the Prince Charles cinema to find out a character, a prop and a line of dialogue to include in the film. We then chose a genre out of a hat.  We picked comedy. We then had 48 hours to make a film between 4 and 7 minutes long. It was terrifying, ludicrous, chaotic, exhausting, exhilirating and ultimately hugely satisfying. Our film 'Sexy Tuesdays' starring Jim North & Sarah Sutcliffe was delivered on Sunday evening with 3 minutes to spare. It went on to win Best film and the Audience award presented by film critic James King.
